Cleveland grew up in Memphis and has lived in the Chattanooga area for 18 years.  He graduated from UTC in 1995 and became involved with WUTC in 1999.  Cleveland was the producer of Voices from Home, a weekly showcase of local and regional artists, for two years and has been a host and producer for over 7 years.  Cleveland currently produces The Moontime Radio Show on saturday nights at 9pm, which features reggae, rock, funk and jambands. He is also the host and producer for Morning music weekdays 10-12 noon.
