Chattanooga 2.0: In the Future, a High School Diploma May Not Be Enough

  Jared Bighamjoins us to talk about education and the future of Chattanooga.  He’s the coordinator for Chattanooga 2.0, an initiative that's exploring ways to build "the smartest community in the South," according to their Web site.

They say that in the future, over 80% of jobs paying a living annual wage ($35,000) in our area will require a degree or certificate after high school.  However, less than 40% of Hamilton County residents are currently earning that kind of post-secondary education.  Chattanooga 2.0 seeks ideas for improving education.
