Festival Highlights: The United Nations of The 'Bend

The 2013 Riverbend Festival featured a variety of local, national and international acts.  Here are just a few of the highlights.

Beppe Gambetta, a folk singer from Italy, performed a song in his native language:

The Psychedelic Furs hit the Bud Light stage for an early set.
English new wave rockers The Psychedelic Furs performed a number of their hits, including "Pretty in Pink."
Harper sings on the Unum stage.

Harper, a rock, funk, soul and world musician from Australia, sang and played the harmonica and the didgeridoo.

Jonathan Byrd and his band play for the lunch crowd at Whole Foods.

The Riverbend Festival features several "outreach" performances--free afternoon shows that happen throughout Chattanooga. North Carolina's Jonathan Byrd and his band played at Whole Foods, a grocery store on Chattanooga's North Shore.

Chattanooga's own Lon Eldridge sang on the TVFCU stage.
