She is the proprietor of Blackbeard Tattoo and has been fascinated with the artform since getting her first ink at age 15. Despite the quirky image of tattoo parlors, Christine must deal with the same issues as every other business owner (like attracting customers, turning a profit, and managing employees).
Another trend that is evident across Chattanooga is the love of organic juices. Kelsey Vasileff grew up in a family that always had plenty of fresh vegetables from their own garden. Practicing good health just seems to come naturally (pun intended) to her. So it was no surprise that she and her husband opened Southern Sqweeze in Riverview. Their menu of cold-pressed juices, raw foods, and cleanses has become all the rage! Having been open for only 10 months, Kelsey and Southern Sqweeze have already made quite a splash in the local juice scene.
