WTCI to Stream Live Interview With Crispin Glover 6/24 8 PM

Crispin Glover has been taking chances as an actor for over thirty years with filmmakers like David Lynch, Tim Burton, Robert Zemeckis, and Gus Van Sant. Whether you know him from Back to the Future, his infamous appearances with David Letterman, or from the challenging films he’s directed, you will learn something new about Crispin Glover. He’ll sit down for a live interview with Alison Lebovitz on Wednesday, June 24th at 8 PM.  Visit wtciTV.org to watch the interview streaming live from the WTCI studios in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Alison Lebovitz has interviewed some of the most fascinating people from the Tennessee Valley and beyond as host of The A List and this week she is trying something new and exciting.  Join Alison and Crispin Glover online for a live conversation about his career, his art and his experience in Chattanooga.  This interview will be hosted live as it happens this week and be featured in a future broadcast of the upcoming eighth season of The A List with Alison Lebovitz.

WTCI, Chattanooga’s community PBS station, has served the Tennessee Valley for over 40 years and reaches over 400,000 households in 34 counties.  The station has produced the Livestream for Chattanooga’s Demo Day for three years and partnered with the Chattanooga Times Free Press to host the Third Congressional District Primary and General Election debates, allowing the world to experience the General Election debate streamed live from the PBS station’s Chattanooga studio.

Secret Weave + Volcanic Eruptions Productions is hosting Crispin Glover at Barking Legs Theater for two separate events on Thursday, June 25th and Friday, June 26th.  Crispin Glover will present two feature films, a performance art slide show and will preview his next directorial feature film.  Additionally, he will entertain an epic/exhaustive Q & A session and conclude with a personal book signing.

Distribution of Crispin Glover films is limited to in-person events presented under his supervision.  Evan Lipson, artistic director of the anomalous presenting organization, Secret Weave, says Crispin Glover created these films as a “psychological response to the increasing corporatization of Hollywood he’s witnessed and observed first-hand over the last 20-30 years.”

Join WTCI and Alison Lebovitz for a unique one-on-one conversation with Crispin Glover, live at wtciTV.org Wednesday, June 24th at 8 PM.
