WUTC Fall 2012 Phone Volunteer Luncheon Update! 10/3/12

Currently I've come down with a bad case of bronchitis, so in the interest of preserving everyone's health for the Membership Campaign, I will not attend this year's Fall Training Luncheon. Below is a little information that may be needed as I recover. As always, I can be contacted by email Lawaunda-january@utc.edu.

Dear Phone Volunteer:

Thank you for volunteering your time to answer phones during WUTC’s Fall Membership Campaign. Please note your confirmed appointments on the printed schedule. Please inform us as soon as possible if any changes need to be made. We sincerely value your time and effort, and cannot conduct a Membership Campaign without your help.  I know that most of you have provided us with additional contact information, but please help me to make sure that no one is omitted in the future. We sincerely appreciate your efforts.

Due to budget cuts, there may not be enough snacks to go around for the volunteers and staff at some point. If you would like to, please sign up to bring a dish of your choice and share your cooking with us. Many of our volunteers are well known to be good cooks, like Diane Human. We may even hold a competition over who brought in the best dish! Sign up to schedule when you would like to bring in your treats today!

Food Donation:  10/8/12 – 10/28/12   (Bring enough to feed 10-12 people) we don’t have refrigeration at our studios, so bring something that will not be quickly perishable so that everyone can enjoy.
