Tennessee Aquarium Hosts 'Decapod Duel'

Serve and Protect is the sustainable seafood program at the Tennessee Aquarium, encouraging people to eat seafood that has been harvested sustainably. As part of Serve and Protect, celebrity chef Virginia Willis will participate in the "Decapod Duel," a cook-off involving shrimp and crayfish on Thursday, September 19th.
