Become a Phone Volunteer!
WUTC needs volunteers to answer phones during our upcoming Spring 2013 Membership Campaign. Our campaign will begin at 6:30am on Monday April 8, 2013 and continue until we reach our goal of $140,000.
Your volunteer hours at our phone bank will greatly help us in acquiring our needs to make sure there is someone available to take pledge calls during the campaign. Schools and Civic Organizations are welcome to volunteer in groups.
Below is a schedule denoting the dates and times of the on-air campaign. Please indicate your availability on the form and send it to us via mail or by email to Lawaunda-january@utc.edu. If you have volunteered previously, please let us know if there have been any changes or updates to your contact information.
WUTC will host a training luncheon at the 212 Market Restaurant in downtown Chattanooga on April 3, 2013, which will include a presentation on how to fill out a pledge card. In order to provide you with written confirmation of your volunteer hours, please return your forms no later than noon April 3, 2013 during the training luncheon. If you are able to attend the luncheon, please RSVP using the mailed form or by email.
