Joel Tippens is part of a group called <a href="http://www.wedigfairshare.org/">Fair Share Urban Growers</a>. The group has begun developing what they’re calling an “urban farm” on Roanoke Avenue, across the street from the recently closed Harriet Tubman Housing Project.
