Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course Begins 2/20

Chattanooga's Center for Mindful Livingis hosting an eight week course on mindfulness and stress reduction.  Instructor Claudio A. Barrientos (from the Mindful Center Knoxville) and local psychotherapist Julie L. Brown join us to explain how it works.

In this course participants progress through a uniquely comprehensive study and practice of Mindfulness Meditation: what it is, how to do it in our daily lives to reduce stress, help with sleep issues, pain issues, depression, worry/ anxiety, addictions, weight issues, and more, and how it enables our ability to participate in our own health and healing.
