Chattanooga will be hosting the 30th anniversary celebration of the American Quilter’s Society during Quilt Week September 10th through the 13th at the Chattanooga Convention Center.

The event at the convention center will have hundreds of quilts on display. Workshops are planned that cover topics from beginning quilting to advanced beading techniques, fabric dyes to color arranging, and traditional quilt patterns to free flow art quilts. In celebration of Quilt Week in Chattanooga local attractions and business are displaying quits from local quilters. More information can be found online. There are several quilting guilds active in Chattanooga.
