Wolves By Strangers

Chattanooga, TN – Wolves By Strangers is an art project that began in Chattanooga. Although it's been online only a few months, it's already getting international attention and submissions from all over the world. In this interview, WUTC's Garrett Crowe finally gets some answers from the man behind the Web site www.wolvesbystrangers.com.
